+Sour orange, achiote paste, garlic, bay, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, all spice (only small amounts of the spices).  Achiote paste is from Merida Mercado or Valladolid Mercado.  You can buy it on Amazon but that stuff is horrible but also happens to be the one you will find in MX outside Yucatán. Not worth even trying to make with it.
